Offbeat Retreats began with a simple goal: create memorable places that feel special from the moment guests arrive—not copy-and-paste vacation rentals.
We are based in Northwest Arkansas and take a hands-on approach to planning, building, furnishing, and operating each retreat. That means the details are considered for real-world comfort, long-term durability, and an easier guest experience.
The Cabin Treehouse is the first chapter. The Modern Treehouse is nearing completion next door, with more offbeat stays planned across the Ozarks.

Dustin & Amber Williams
Dustin and Amber Williams are the Northwest Arkansas couple behind Offbeat Retreats. Dustin is a residential builder and short-term rental owner who brings a hands-on eye to the design, construction, and day-to-day operation of every stay.
Together, they are growing Offbeat Retreats one distinctive property at a time, with a simple goal: create memorable places they would genuinely want to stay themselves.
